Schedule of Fees

By-law 1-2026: Schedule A - Planning Services Fees 

ALL FEES ARE Effective 12midnight 6 February 2026 and NON-REFUNDABLE

Waiver or reduction of a fee in a particular circumstance may only be authorized by Resolution of the NAPBoard and/or               except as set out below for withdrawal of application prior to being listed on an agenda for a scheduled statutory public meeting.

PRE CONSULTATION MEETING

CONSENT APPLICATIONS

$1,900.00              Consent Application Fee for each type of Consent request:

                              each new lot, each lot addition parcel, each permanent easement, re-establishment of a merged parcel

                                           The Planning Report, Survey Sketch, Survey to Reference Plan and Legal Registraton Costs are the responsibliity of the applicant (landowners)

$     25.00              Minor Revision to a Consent Application prior to its circulation to agencies for comment & NAPBoard Members

$     30.00              Minor Revision to a Consent Application after circulation to agencies and NAPBoard Members

$     75.00              Minor Revision to a Consent Application after the Notice of Meeting has been issued

REVISION OF CONDITION OF APPROVAL in NOTICE OF DECISION 

$ 1,000 (Substantive revision: Change of lot lines or change of lot area from what was approved)

$  100.00 (Minor Revision: clerical error or minor error in data submitted by applicant / agent in the application)

SPECIAL MEETING

(Requested by an applicant to expedite hearing their Consent application ahead of a scheduled regular statutory public meeting.)

REFUND RATES for WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT APPLICATIONS (each request for refund being subject to NAPBoard Resolution)

i)  The set fee:    Prior to any registration of the Consent application and deposit of the fee payment

(ii)  90% of the set fee:    After administrative processing but prior to being deemed complete and Notice of Meeting issued

(iii)  No refund after issuance of the Notice of Meeting but prior to listing on the agenda of the public meeting

CONSENT CERTIFICATION (Forms 2 and 3 O.Regulation O. Reg197/96, Schedule I)

$  900.00           Certification Fee assigned in Notice of Decision issued after midnight 5 February 2026

    OR  the Certification Fee amount assigned in the Notice of Decision issued prior to enactment of this bylaw 5Feb2026

$  250.00           Re-issuance of a Certificate to correct error (e.g. LRO return or error during the documentation for transfer)

CONSENT CANCELLATION CERTIFICATE

$  250.00

SUBDIVISION APPLICATION (Powassan locations only)

$8,500.00 (primary application processing)

$4,000.00 (revised application processing)

VALIDATION of TITLE (Section 57 of the Planning Act) (Powassan lands only)

$300.00

LETTER OF ZONING / OFFICIAL PLAN CONFORMITY

$  100.00

ZONING BY-LAW PREPARATION (Unincorporated Township Lands as directed by MMAH)
